Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Merkri Media provides digital marketing services including social media management, advertising campaigns, content creation, web design, and related services. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement.
3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform services
- Respond to our requests in a timely manner
- Grant us access to relevant accounts as needed
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
4. Fees and Payment
💼 Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront before work commences. This applies to all project-based work, monthly retainers, and any other services.
We require 100% payment in advance to begin work on your project.
Invoicing: Invoices are generated upon agreement and are due immediately. Work will only commence after full payment is received and cleared.
Late Payments: Projects that are paused due to non-payment will require a new upfront payment to resume work.
Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued for work completed or services rendered.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Merkri Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables.
6. Limitation of Liability
Merkri Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. No refunds will be issued for work already performed.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
