What We Did

The Challenge

Saraswati Ply House is a well-established interior materials retailer in Mohali with a strong offline reputation - but almost zero digital presence. Their Instagram had just 203 followers. They depended entirely on walk-in customers and word-of-mouth referrals. Homeowners, architects, and interior designers in their area had no way to find them online. They needed a way to generate consistent inquiries from beyond their immediate walk-in radius.

Content Strategy

Our content strategy for Saraswati Ply House focused on one goal: turning a shop into a brand that people actively seek out. Instead of posting product photos and prices, we built a content system around solving real homeowner problems.

We developed three content pillars:
Problem-Solution Content - addressing pain points like expensive on-site carpentry, confusing material choices, and budget overruns;
Transformation Showcases - before/after visuals of real interior projects; and
Trust Building - showcasing the store, the team, and happy customer experiences.

For Meta Ads, we discovered that educational content dramatically outperformed promotional content. Our best ad - "Home interiors don't need to be expensive" - generated 22 leads at ₹113/lead. A generic product post generated just 2 leads at ₹455/lead. This 4x difference in CPL shaped our entire ad strategy.

We also optimised their Google My Business profile with regular updates, product listings, and keyword optimization to improve local search visibility.
